^{I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commissioner whenever or for whatever reason.}

^{I do not accept commissions from individuals under the age of 18 years.}

^{I do not send unwatermarked versions of completed works.}

^{All prices are listed in United States American Dollars and are non-negotiable.}

^{If I feel I am not able to offer an accurate price or the price may differ from listed (as with my customs), I will create a sketch and then offer a quote.}

^{Payment is accepted only through PayPal invoice.}

^{If the commissioner is to request a refund before the commission has been started or the sketch has not yet been completed they will always receive a 100% refund.}

^{If the commissioner requests a refund after the completion of the sketch an 80% refund will be sent. Should I cancel the commission after the completion of the sketch a 100% refund will be sent to the commissioner.}

^{I do not offer refunds after the near or full completion of the line art.}

^{If the artwork is not completed within six months of starting, a full refund will be sent to the commissioner unless it is requested I continue working on it.}

^{I do not work in order or with a set date of completion, but I do have a public queue.}

^{It may take me anywhere from one day to six months to complete a commission.}

^{I do not accept commissions with a requested turnaround time of 3 weeks or less without additional compensation.}

^{Progress images are sent at each stage: sketch, line art, color. I will not continue working until I have received feedback that everything looks as it should.}

^{Unless it is minor, I will not make edits to previous stages. I encourage you to point out any changes you'd like as soon as possible! I want to give you the best work I can, if you'd like something changed, please tell me!}

^{Should the requested edit be major, and you are determined to have it fixed, I charge a minimum $5 fee. The fee will increase depending on severity of the requested edit.}

^{I send progress shots at each stage for a reason. Please look over them carefully and make sure you are satisfied!}

^{I retain all rights and ownership to my illustrations. I do not sell rights to my illustrations.}

^{I am free to post and share the artwork wherever I please, unless requested otherwise by the commissioner.}

^{I may use created works to promote myself and my work.}

^{The commissioner may use the illustration for any individual personal use.}

^{The above point includes: Saving to a gallery, using as an icon, printing out as a sticker or shirt for themselves only, using as a page doll or other page decoration.}

^{The commissioner may not: Claim rights over the image, claim they created the image, commission others to complete or alter the image, complete or alter the image themself, mass reproduce the image, or use the image for any form of self promotion or merchandising.}

^{I do not tolerate any of my artwork being used for / fed to AI, NFTs, or Bitcoining. This is not permitted under any circumstances.}

^{Upon completion of an exchange in which my design is no longer owned by me, I relinquish all ownership and most rights to the design. Note: Not the artwork of the design (see above section).}

^{Rights not relinquished include: My credit for creation of the design. That is all I ask!}

^{The commissioner is free to utilize the design however they please, this includes for commercial use.}

^{That is essentially it. I really am just asking for credit!}
